House Hunters International episode wanted

Hey, listeros. Does anyone possibly still have a copy of this episode on Rocky Point?

HGTV doesn't have it available, and I can't find it anywhere. I just bought a house featured in it, and would love to have the episode. Even if you need to manually record it off a protected, old DVR recording, I'd take it and be indebted to the tune of many cócteles on the Malecón.

There are a couple of episodes of Puerto Peñasco/Rocky Point on You Tube.
