#3 If it is like last events much of it will be in the Malecon in the Plaza and I am sure if they have roving art around town it will be released soon.

#4 If you haven't been, I highly recommend it. The festivities start with children's performances and build to amazing acts late in the night, and it's free! Support Penasco and the arts.

#7 It's been a chronic issue for me here. The location of an event is often omitted from the ad.
