Many times in the past we've bought superb tequila from Arturo at the old Mickey's Restaurant just down the street from the Thrifty Ice Cream place a block off the malecón. We've been here since the first of December this trip and, although I walk by Mickey's every day, I have yet to see it open or to exhibit any signs of life ar all. Anyone have any idea what's up?
