Volcanoes road

Has anyone been out to the Volcanoes lately, the last time I went was about 12 years ago before the visitors center was built and the road to the volcanoes was terrible.
Just wondering if it is still in very rough shape or have they improved it or at least graded it to get rid of the washboard. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it is 60 pesos or about 5 bux to get in and I would say you should do the whole trip which takes the better part of the day, if you want some hints I can send them to you via email. [email protected]

We were their last week road was fine beautiful landscape very clean. Well worth the trip.
