4G Cell phone service

Can anyone confirm if there is any 4G data service in Penasco? I have only seen 2/3G only on recent trips.

I live in Playa de Oro I currently show 4G and even LTE. However 2G is faster in Mesa AZ.

I am curious to see how fast the 4G is using T-Mobiles Mexico coverage.
I know the 2/3G was pretty slow during busy weekends and was better when everyone went back home.
