We are planning on coming down again this winter, however we thought we would visit San Carlos first. We are coming from the north west, (Canada, normally cross Lukeville) should we drive to Nogales then go down or cross at Lukeville then travel Hwys 2,3,4 then 15? what is the best route. Thanks

You don't need the FMM if your staying within the 100km free zone. As I'm sure you have your Canadian Passport.
