Another great weekend in Playa Encanto. We seen some Dolphin too. Lots of things started but nothing finished. I will be back to finish up the start up or maybe just watch the SEA and see what I can see. The signature say's it all.

Playa Encanto was very nice. Some wind and gusts off the land Saturday but not to bad.

I had heard some time ago it was going to go in across the street somewhere.

Our house is a pitch roof 3/12 with 4x8's every 2 feet with 1" styrofoam attached under the plywood. It has held up for many years. Only once have I had to caulk the joints. It paints up well too.
