    Beaches

The only vehicles which are allowed on any Mexican federal beaches are those used to launch and retrieve boats and emergency vehicles. Hoas have absolutely no authority on the topic no matter what they might think.

What are the new rules for bringing a boat across the border?

We haven't applied for or been asked for an FMM since the border, no hassle zone was extended west of Mexican highway 15 all the way to Empalme. We have been as far as Empalme a few times with no issues with FMM requirements.

    Works cart Kayak hauler conversion

I have had one for some time and it works well since the tires can be hardened or softened for sand by adjusting the air pressure. As I and other reviewers have said, a better tie down strap would be advisable over uneven terrain.

    Viva Penasco Festival

There was a huge turnout and everyone was having a great time but traffic detours were numerous, especially when not anticipated. It was good to see such activity though.
