The restaurant at Playa Bonita (Puesta del Sol) used to have a brunch.....and so did the Mayan Palace.....don't know if that is current.

Probably true Jerry....but for a little fishing casita...would be perfect....you could close it up and not worry too much that things inside would walk away!!! What more do you need....a bed, frig, microwave, a toilet, and a small airconditioner

Have you considered the steel shipping containers (8x20 or 8x40) as a start for the shell of the structure? Some are even available in 10 Ft. wide.
Used ones in good condition are going for $2-3K USD.
