We used to live in the valley there - midway between Douglas and Wilcox - a big white farmhouse sitting on top of a hill. Could see forever. Near neighbors were the Palmers. Was a fantastic place to live. Took all the grandkids to hike to Ft. Bowie.

Russ, keep them rolling in :) I understand that the RV groups can be a fairly close knit community so hopefully they will spread the word about what a great place Penasco is and how easy it is to get to.

As people say, you can lose money anywhere. A major developer in AZ and Hawaii managed to scam a lot of people out of big bucks - and the way he did it was all perfectly legal.

They went up about 5%.

Ours went up this year - still taxes here are sooooo much cheaper then anywhere else we've lived.

Just bought some Arrachera Beef at Sam's Club - hope it is good because it wasn't cheap. We finally gave in and got a membership because we really wanted some Tony Roma ribs! Bulk buying adds up fast so think I will mostly stick to Super Ley (if they got their credit card machine fixed. Also...

Which shuttle are you using? Our Grandkids have used Head Out To Rocky Point, which was very good, but much more expensive. Thanks and have a good trip down - our weather is suppose to be warmer for the weekend - I hope - beautiful now but only about 61 degrees.
