We've been going there for years LOVE IT. Great fish tacos and carne asada. Very inexpensive and you can BYOB too. Service is fantastic as well.

Another great news letter Jim!! There is so much good correct true information out there available on RP such as Rocky Point 360, your news letter, Face Book, Rocky Point Times Newspaper, all the other news letters via email, Internet, etc.....This forum here ( rockypoint talk ) unfortunately has been hijacked by a few RP haters who are clearly cheerleaders for RP's demise spreading constant miss information. Too bad... imagine how popular this forum could have been if it weren't for the few haters here that live on this site 24/7 & drive all the normal people away.

Couldn't you just have left it at how great the newsletter is? What's the point in stirring the pot only to bring out more of exactly what you're complaining about! Brilliant!

When a group is locked into a game that none of them can win against a guy that has the money to buy all the pots and has the casino on his side how do you play out that losing hand? That is the choice Americans that own houses or condos in Puerto Penasco now face.The fat cats are placing a bet that designing a platform to get visitors to efficently leave Puerto Penasco is the route to a more prosperous town.If We Build It They Will Leave....just does not have the right ring to it but does state the logical problems with this throw of the dice.The investment does not make people want to stay in Penasco and at the same time diminishes the American owners and renters Mexican experience with little upside.Those owners need to realize cheerleading the house will not help them. Not sure what will..organize maybe?

Your logic is laughable.......Cozumel decided to increase its tourism by adding golf courses , resorts, cruise ship ports, etc just like Rocky Point is doing.....Hmmmmmm........I'd say its working out pretty well for Cozumel to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars a year in tourism revenue.....Oh it also is working out quite well for Cabo & Puerto Vallarta & Jamaica & Grand Cayman & the Virgin Islands & Victoria Canada & hundreds of other cities.......
Keep posting your ridiculous posts from Santa Tomasa ( however you spell it & where ever that undesirable place is located that 99% of us Rocky Point forum members care nothing about )....By the way...if you hate RP & never go to RP then why do you spend 24/7 on the RP Forum bashing RP??....Just because you hate the new progressing RP w/ resorts & golf courses doesn't give you the right to try & ruin it for everyone else...Are you that bitter & angry that you have devoted all your time to stalk this forum 24/7 w/ your hate?

Sorry MIS we have all already tried the be nice & don't say anything approach & it doesn't work....the haters of RP STILL keep the HATE flowing daily regardless if we say something or not.....so your "BRILLIANT" suggestion of not stirring the pot does not work, will not work & has never worked....Maybe if the normal people on this forum who really love RP that have been on this forum for years would have confronted these haters from day one like they should have they would have gone away years ago instead of feeling at home and staying forever...
We don't need to "confront" anyone. Normal people are the ones who allow others to have their own view point - even if that means that we don't agree with them 100% of the time. BTW, your comparison of RP and Cozumel is like apples and oranges.

away anytime soon. They enjoy the game and some even have their own financial gain to protect. Some are so lugubrious
I worry that they should have the shoe laces, belts and razor blades taken away. I love and enjoy Rocky Point as much as
anybody, but to be perfectly honest, every paradise has it warts. Even a handsome dog like me has warts. Know what, I live
with them and if others don't like them it's their problem. Same thing with RP.
